Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex requisitions, creating innovative and industry-relevant sourcing strategies and driving engagement to bring the best talent to each role (You will primarily focus on recruiting for Go-To-Market positions, while also supporting hiring needs across other teams at Steno as needed)
Canvas the Court Reporting and Legal Services industries with effective and consistent sourcing efforts to promote a healthy pipeline of industry talent
Contribute to the design of recruiting-specific databases and recruiting workflows including the structure of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other tools used to measure/monitor progress
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify ideal hiring workflows and contributors, articulate screening criteria, and draft detailed, accurate and engaging job postings
Promote Steno’s talent brand both internally and on social media, ensuring a wide outreach, and a positive and thoughtful candidate experience each step of the way
Research industry-specific news, trends, and best practices to stay on top of industry intel, and share scalable ideas on how to innovate our recruitment efforts
Measure, track, and report on recruitment KPI’s and metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities

Required
3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting at fast-paced startups
Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market positions (including marketing and/or sales positions)
Experience recruiting for Manager and/or Director level positions
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to ask tough, insightful questions
Track record of success in partnering with hiring managers to identify ideal hiring workflows and finding talent for hard-to-fill requisitions
Creative thinker and utilize various unconventional strategies to engage candidates
Ability to effectively manage deadlines while balancing multiple high priority projects
Proactive and take initiative when there are roadblocks in the hiring process
Preferred
Experience recruiting in the legal services industry and/or working knowledge of litigation and legal services
