Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the Anthony’s Goods brand into new channels by researching industry competition and market trends impacting AG.
Build the product range appropriate for expansion in Brick & Mortar (packaging/sizing/pricing) from our existing product portfolio.
Prioritize retailer expansion strategy based on product position and retailer focused in the better for you space.
Create your own long-term and short-term strategies that foster sustainable competitive advantages and growth while mitigating risk with a specific timeline to approach each milestone of the launch.
Manage and foster relationships with select brokers and marketing firms for expansion support.
Create accurate sales forecasts and demand planning in collaboration with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
Generate regular sales reports and analyse key performance indicators to inform management decisions and strategies.
Create and maintain relationships with customers to build a base of referrals and widening customer network. Visit all customers on a rotating basis, based on need. Requires self-coordinated travel.
Participate in and manage customer demonstrations and exhibitions.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior studies to stay informed about market trends and pricing strategies and identify the skus of our portfolio to begin and then grow with.
Work with marketing partners on best approach for brand awareness and product launch.
Facilitate marketing needed for working with brick-and-mortar locations for success launch and sell through.
Build and communicate supply and demand forecasts to ensure reliable supply.
Work with operations team to ensure seamless communication between store requirements and the supply channel abilities.
Partner with the finance department to use data, information systems and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits. Take ownership and accountability for maintaining all trade spending within budgeted margin rates.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or Finance.
3+ years of sales food industry experience.
Amazon Business Platform, Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
Google Suite (Sheet, Doc, Slide)
