Responsibilities
Process weekly bills for payment
Enter and reconcile credit card transactions
Update P&Ls with expenses
Respond to payment inquiries from vendors
Process annual 1099s
Filing work associated with above transactions
Other projects as needed

Required
At least three years working in Accounts Payable
Strong Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication/customer services skills
Ability to work in a high-volume environment
Preferred
Experience with Sage Intacct
Experience with expense reimbursement tools
