Responsibilities

Cultivate strong, professional relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Act as the client champion, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.

Provide regular on-site support, and troubleshooting as needed.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and high levels of client satisfaction.

Identify client needs and proactively recommend solutions or product updates to optimize the client experience.

Prepare and present quarterly business reviews and other client-facing reports.

Drive and analyze client satisfaction surveys, interpreting data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights to boost client engagement and satisfaction.

Troubleshoot issues related to the product or physician workflows, diagnosing and addressing concerns to maintain seamless functionality and user experience.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, and Support, to relay client feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Monitor account performance, develop insights, and create action plans to increase product adoption and usage.

Embrace extensive travel to client sites, ensuring a physical presence for effective, face-to-face engagement.
