Responsibilities
Use your knowledge of front-end technologies and WordPress to make adjustments on Raptive products on thousands of websites according to our best practices and creator requests
Educate our creators on technical concepts
Create and update support documentation
Escalate bugs/issues/opportunities for management
Represent the voice of creators in meetings with Product and QA teams
Contribute to assigned occasional projects

Required
Expertise in HTML and CSS, along with a basic understanding of JavaScript.
Proficiency in WordPress for efficiently handling website functionalities.
Experience building custom themes and functions for WordPress, not using pre-built themes or drag & drop editors such as Elementor.
Extensive knowledge of HTML(5) and CSS(3) (including the ability to write custom code).
Experience building WordPress websites (no 3rd party themes or drag/drop editors like Elementor).
Strong familiarity with WordPress.
Extensive knowledge of Chrome Dev Tools and making live website edits.
Excellent communication skills: clear writing, correct grammar, and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to use critical thinking to solve problems.
Strong amount of self-discipline to work remotely during normal business hours.
Strong GIF and Emoji skills.
