Responsibilities

Design and implement robust data architectures for SAP systems integrated with Snowflake.
Lead data modeling, schema design, and ETL/ELT workflows to ensure efficient data processing and storage.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategies that align with business goals and regulatory compliance.
Ensure data quality, security, and governance practices are implemented effectively.
Work with cross-functional teams to define integration points between SAP and Snowflake.
Optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Provide technical leadership in selecting and implementing tools and technologies for SAP-Snowflake ecosystems.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in data architecture with a strong focus on SAP systems (e.g., SAP HANA, SAP BW/4HANA).
Hands-on experience with Snowflake (design, development, and optimization).
Expertise in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing principles.
Proficiency with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Informatica, Matillion, SAP Data Services).
Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation and transformation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their integration with Snowflake.

Preferred

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its data migration strategies.
Certifications in Snowflake, SAP HANA, or related cloud technologies.
Knowledge of big data frameworks like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
