Responsibilities

Oversee the processing of US sales invoices, including managing customer accounts, conducting credit checks, and ensuring adherence to credit limits for new customers.

Manage treasury operations, including payments, cash receipts, transfers, and bank reporting to the CFO.

Maintain balance sheet reconciliations

Act as the insurance administrator to mitigate risk to the company.

Compile and analyze monthly management accounts, including detailed management of fixed assets, calculating and recording depreciation, and handling accruals and prepayments. Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial reporting to provide a comprehensive overview of the company's financial performance and position.

Generate and present analytical reports to the CFO and manage finance-related queries.

Conduct monthly WIP meetings

Perform cash flow forecasting, encompassing rolling 12-month projections, cliff-edge scenarios, detailed analyses, and high-level summaries

Manage payroll for China and the USA, ensuring accurate payments via the appropriate platforms.

Oversee expense approvals and ensure timely processing of payments.

Review workers' compensation insurance and U.S. payroll periodically for compliance with U.S. law.

Monitor state activities to determine the need for sales tax registration.

Review and approve sales tax returns to ensure compliance with state regulations.

Accurately raise Sales Invoices for approval by the client management team.

Work directly with client contacts to resolve invoice queries and chase overdue funds.

Examine incoming vendor invoices for accuracy, ensuring that they align with purchase orders, delivery receipts, and contract terms.

Collaborate with relevant departments to obtain necessary approvals and confirmations before processing payments.

Accurately enter invoice details into the accounting system, ensuring correct coding and allocation of expenses to appropriate accounts.

Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices, such as mismatches or incorrect amounts, in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Develop and manage a payment schedule to ensure timely payment of vendor invoices, optimizing cash flow and maintaining good vendor relationships.

Serve as a point of contact for vendor inquiries related to invoice status, payment schedules, and any issues that arise.

Ensure all invoice processing activities comply with company policies and accounting standards, as well as relevant regulations and laws.

Assist HR with onboarding new roles, managing CVs, overseeing employee benefits, and administering training programs.

Effectively relay updates and oversee the administration of employee benefits

Support the continued enhancement of insurance and benefits offerings to attract and retain high-caliber talent.

Generate custom reports as required to address specific business needs and provide actionable insights.

Utilize the group's scale to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
