Responsibilities
Create and implement a cohesive social media strategy with a focus on professional, minimalistic, wellness-centric content.
Actively interact with our audience through comments, messages, and interactive posts to build trust and connections.
Develop and manage health-focused content tailored to TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and other platforms.
Plan and execute organic campaigns to promote wellness products, focusing on hormonal health and user engagement.
Monitor social media for emerging trends and implement innovative content formats and visuals.
Track and analyze metrics to inform strategy and enhance engagement and community growth.
Work with the marketing, design, and influencer teams to maintain a cohesive brand identity across channels.
Support influencer partnerships that align with our values and community goals.

Required
Fully bilingual (near native-speaking level) English.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of social media management experience in lifestyle or wellness brands.
Proven experience building and engaging online communities.
Strong eye for professional, minimalistic aesthetics.
Proficient with tools like Meta, Dash Hudson, and Later.
Skilled in content creation for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
Analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in influencer outreach.
Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks.
Passionate about health, wellness, and fostering an engaged community.
