Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Salesforce, Pardot, MAP, quoting tool, and other relevant tech stack.
Update, improve, and integrate systems to meet evolving business needs.
Provide training and support to users on systems and tools.
Streamline lead management, opportunity management, customer engagement workflows; manage and track effective campaigns.
Maintain updated GTM playbooks and documentation.
Ensure alignment of marketing, sales, customer success, and finance processes and systems.
Leverage databases and other resources to identify and route high quality leads to sales team.
Coordinate conference and events-related activity.
Ensure data cleanliness, comprehensiveness, integrity, and accessibility across systems, enabling accurate reporting and actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards for key metrics. Deliver actionable reporting and insights to support sales and marketing decision-making.
Partner closely with the CRO and COO to ensure strategic objectives are met and data-driven decisions are made.
Communicates insights, trends, and opportunities.

Required

3+ years experience in revenue operations or sales operations in B2B SaaS.
Proven experience managing and reporting in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and report on data from multiple systems.
Strong project management skills with experience in streamlining processes and implementing automations.
Organized: Thrives on process, juggling multiple priorities and effectively managing time.
Disciplined: Consistently meticulous, prioritizing time and tasks effectively.
Technically savvy: Quickly picks up new tools and utilizes technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Detail-oriented: Ensures accuracy and precision in reporting, data management, and process execution.
Adaptable: Thrives in dynamic environments, quickly adjusting to shifting priorities and business needs.
Resourceful: A self-starter who finds innovative solutions to challenges without requiring constant oversight.
Proactive problem solver: Anticipates potential issues and resolves them before they escalate.
