Responsibilities
Conduct a thorough audit of CRC’s financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
Review compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to federal, state, and local requirements.
Provide a management letter, addressing any areas of concern, suggestions for improving internal controls, and recommendations for best practices.

Required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
Experience with nonprofit organizations
Qualifications and experience of key personnel assigned to the audit
Ability to conduct a thorough audit of financial statements
Knowledge of compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Ability to provide a management letter with areas of concern and recommendations
Proposed timeline ensuring draft report by April 15, 2025, and final report by May 1, 2025
Detailed fee structure including estimates for total audit cost and anticipated out-of-pocket expenses
At least three references from nonprofit organizations similar in size and scope to CRC
Preferred
Experience and qualifications of the firm and key personnel
Demonstrated experience with nonprofit organizations and knowledge of the unique requirements of nonprofit audits
