Responsibilities
Oversee legal aspects of supply chain and procurement matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk mitigation strategies.
Draft, review, and negotiate procurement-related agreements, including purchase orders, terms, and other contracts.
Partner with business units to deliver practical advice on supply chain and related legal topics.
Manage outside counsel relationships and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
Support additional legal initiatives as needed.

Required
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Licensed to practice law and eligible to serve as in-house counsel.
5–8 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and provide actionable advice.
