Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the company’s growth and occupancy goals.
Partner with the executive team to align marketing initiatives with the company’s business objectives.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Strengthen and evolve the company’s brand identity, ensuring it reflects our values and resonates with key stakeholders.
Oversee the creation of impactful marketing campaigns and visual assets to enhance brand recognition.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels and marketing efforts.
Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive resident inquiries and improve retention rates.
Cultivate partnerships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations to generate leads.
Analyze campaign performance and occupancy trends to optimize marketing ROI.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to build a compelling employer brand that attracts top talent by developing marketing strategies and campaigns that highlight the company’s culture, values, and employee success stories.
Leverage social media, careers pages, and public relations to position Trustwell Living as an employer of choice in the assisted living industry.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role preferably in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
Experience with lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
Strong track record in employer branding and building campaigns to attract and retain top talent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executives and stakeholders.
Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Preferred
Master’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
