Responsibilities
Enumerate the current features/functions of the CSR product.
Work with stakeholders to identify any existing gaps/pain points.
Evaluate an alternative that may be introduced as part of the Elevate project.
Do a side-by-side comparison of features/capabilities of the existing and elevate alternative against features identified in 1&2.
Determine cost of operating each solution.
Provide a summary recommendation.
