Responsibilities

Assist our Sales and Marketing Operations leaders in the architectural, data, and capability enhancement of our CRM, Hubspot.
Help our CRM leadership to build and maintain marketing and sales data modeling that help the business understand our total addressable market, campaign performance, and sales forecasting.
Refine marketing and sales technology processes to improve user adoption, penetration, and efficiency during engagements.
Manage a large portion of the sales and marketing technology vendor management duties for the GTM organization, including helping execute checks on security in place, renewals, contract management, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

4+ years of sales and/or marketing operations experience, with strong emphasis on technology management and advancement
Strong understanding of Marketing and Sales technologies and vernacular (e.g., CRM, ABM, Attribution, Sales Enablement platforms, etc)
Proven experience in technology selection, implementation, and improvement
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex marketing and sales concepts for decision-making
Ability to build collaborative partnerships across teams and establish consensus on key technology-based strategies
Proficiency in data tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and experience with BI tools and data visualization is a plus
Associate's degree in Marketing, Sales, Operations, or a related quantitative field
