Responsibilities
Promoting and selling CoreLogic solutions and services
Ensuring high customer satisfaction
Achieving sales goals within an assigned territory or industry vertical
Targeting medium to large businesses
Building a pipeline
Ensuring retention
Driving new growth for the business
Owning the full sales cycle
Researching and identifying new business opportunities
Engaging prospective clients
Identifying relevant products, solutions, and services to meet customer needs
Planning, prioritizing, and executing discussions with clients
Protecting and growing CoreLogic's relationship and scope of influence
Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, approvers, and influencers
Developing and executing sales strategies through a defined account plan
Developing a deep understanding of clients' business needs
Aligning CoreLogic capabilities to identify solution opportunities
Acting as a strategic advisor and partner to the client
Serving as the voice of the customer
Sharing client perspectives, feedback, and insights with internal stakeholders
Providing accurate and timely sales activity reports
Actively managing the pipeline via tools provided in SharePoint, CRM, and Excel
Managing follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services
Ensuring connectivity with Account Management and Client Services as needed
Owning the account
Building relationships with new clients
Managing and expanding existing relationships
Focusing heavily on growing wallet share and landing new logos within three key areas of commercial real estate

Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) plus 10 + years of direct sales experience.
Five years of experience in a solutions sales role with a proven track record of facilitating, negotiating, and closing successful transactions for products and services in mortgage originations, servicing portfolio management, and/or capital markets.
10+ years of experience in commercial real estate in a senior-level client director role.
Strong industry connections within commercial real estate: lending/banking, REIT or other investment, retail, and franchise.
Demonstrated ability to acquire new customer relationships with a successful track record of achieving/exceeding individual sales targets.
Experience in solution selling; strong influencing and negotiation skills; consultative and collaborative style; ability to develop and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
Strong analytical skills; independent decision-making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze situations and provide practical recommendations. Sound judgment coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective listening skills; able to consolidate and succinctly translate and relay market/client feedback; able to present and discuss complex concepts to executive audiences.
Strong organizational skills and planning abilities; able to effectively prioritize and manage through competing priorities; strong organizational agility.
Strong business, financial, and technical acumen; deep competitive/market awareness.
Professional demeanor.
Ability to travel up to 40%.
