Configure Salesforce to meet user stories and business needs.
Lead discovery sessions and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
Write and prioritize user stories; document future state business processes.
Conduct solution demos, testing, and post-go-live support.

Required
5+ years of experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Process Builder, Flows)
5+ years in business analysis and writing user stories for Salesforce solutions
Experience in contact center and event management implementations
Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and business teams
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud, Process Automation, etc.)
Experience in Government Projects and Contact Center
