Responsibilities

Conduct proactive outreach to customers within our preferred partner's distribution channels, making upwards of 100 outbound calls per day to introduce and sell our client's products.
Act as a sales support resource for our partners, effectively communicating product benefits and handling customer inquiries.
Provide detailed product information and education to customers, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our client's products.
Develop rapport with potential customers to foster trust and encourage product purchases.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and activity logs in the company’s CRM system.
Provide follow-up support to customers as needed, addressing any questions or concerns to ensure a smooth sales process.
Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share feedback for product improvements and customer insights.

Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Comfort with providing product education and support.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software.
Proven experience in an administrative support role, with natural flexibility in handling day-to-day routines as well as surprises, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize work, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Flexible and able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
