Responsibilities
Revenue Assurance: Oversee and verify revenue from all tech-enabled parking features, ensuring timely and accurate payment collection.
Pricing Strategy Support: Work with the pricing team to review current pricing models, recommend adjustments, and align strategies with revenue goals.
Data Analysis: Leverage data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics, identify anomalies, and address potential revenue discrepancies.
Systems Audit: Perform regular audits of payment systems, app integrations, and hardware to confirm proper functionality and data integrity.
Reporting: Develop detailed reports on revenue performance, compliance metrics, and pricing effectiveness for leadership and stakeholders.
Collaboration: Coordinate with IT, finance, and customer service teams to maintain seamless operations and resolve discrepancies.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process, tool, and technology enhancements to improve revenue collection and operational efficiency.
All other duties assigned by management.

Required
Proven experience in pricing, revenue management, or a related role within a technology-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI software.
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to detect trends and anomalies in data.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex information.
Proactive and solutions-focused, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of parking industry technologies and systems (e.g., PARCS, mobile payment apps) is a plus.
