Responsibilities
Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Analyze project requirements and document detailed specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gain project buy-in and address concerns.
Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
Communicate project progress, risks, and updates proactively to stakeholders.
Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously using SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Oversee implementation and integration of network and systems technologies, including Microsoft email solutions.
Provide concise, actionable summaries of potential issues or risks to stakeholders.

Required
3+ Years of experience managing SDLC Projects.
3+ Years of experience managing Infrastructure & Email Projects.
Email platform integration experience.
Ability to create and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Proficiency in analyzing business and technical requirements and documenting detailed specifications.
Hands-on experience managing projects using the Software Development Life Cycle.
Proven ability to deliver projects using Agile frameworks and practices.
Knowledge of enterprise network and systems technologies.
Experience with Microsoft-based email platforms and their integration.
Preferred
Prior experience leading teams, even if not mandatory.
Ability to view projects from a broader organizational perspective.
Knowledge of leveraging data analytics for decision-making and project tracking.
Familiarity with modern tools that facilitate team collaboration and project management.
Expertise in obtaining stakeholder buy-in and addressing concerns to ensure smooth project execution.
Strong understanding of project budgeting and financial tracking to meet cost objectives.
Experience in identifying and resolving risks and issues to keep projects on track.
Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and drive project decisions.
