Responsibilities
Provide support and development for the Archer GRC platform.
Conduct research, system analysis, and programming to address development and support needs.
Participate in agile software development activities, including user story creation, iteration planning, and development.
Perform unit and integration testing, code reviews, and software documentation.
Collaborate with QA and business analysis teams to ensure timely delivery of quality fixes and enhancements.

Required
5+ years of hands-on experience in Archer GRC development.
Expertise in 3rd Party Risk and Issues management solutions within Archer.
Strong knowledge of RSA Archer eGRC SmartSuite, system architecture, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles.
Solid understanding of system integration, APIs, SOA, and related technologies.
Proficiency in Advanced Workflows and experience building out RCSA in Archer.
