Responsibilities

Perform fit-gap analysis and configure functional setups across Costing and Billing modules.
Lead data conversions for Oracle PPM modules, including data cleansing and validation.
Participate in and lead critical project phases such as Conference Room Pilot (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and production cutover planning.
Provide functional requirements for custom objects, including reports and integrations.
Collaborate with the technical team to mentor and guide on project deliverables.
Work on billing rates, billing rate schedules, and other functional aspects of Oracle Cloud PPM modules.
Engage with users and business stakeholders to ensure smooth migration and efficient use of Oracle Cloud PPM modules.

Required

Strong Oracle Cloud PPM functional expertise with hands-on experience in modules such as Costing and Billing.
Experience in PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects is highly desirable.
Proven ability to lead data conversions, configure functional setups, and prepare functional documentation.
Excellent leadership skills to guide CRP, UAT, SIT, and production cutover planning.
Ability to mentor technical teams and provide detailed functional requirements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

Solid understanding of Oracle tools like OTBI, BIP, OIC, and basic SQL (preferred but not mandatory).
Knowledge of FBDI templates and web services.
