Responsibilities

Maximize sales and profitability while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, including new product introductions and market gaps.

Evaluate product performance, identify underperforming items, and curate a product mix that caters to customer needs.

Set competitive pricing strategies and develop promotional plans.

Collaborate with web development and design teams to ensure product listings are accurate, informative, and visually appealing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to execute strategies effectively.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required

Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and the online B2C landscape.

Expertise in the Asian Specialty category, with the ability to source products at competitive prices.

Solid knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.

5 years of experience in eCommerce and/or Category Management.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.

Preferred

Bilingual in Chinese is preferred.
