Responsibilities
TikTok Strategy Development: Create and execute tailored TikTok marketing strategies specifically designed for small and mid-sized businesses.
Content Creation: Collaborate with clients, creators, and internal teams to produce engaging, high-performing TikTok videos that resonate with target audiences.
Paid Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns, including in-feed ads, branded content, and hashtag challenges.
Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to ensure client goals are met or exceeded.
Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
Small Business Expertise: Work closely with small to mid-sized business clients to understand their unique needs and tailor TikTok strategies to drive tangible growth.
Multi-Channel Integration: Ensure TikTok initiatives align with broader digital marketing campaigns, incorporating insights from other channels like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with TikTok influencers to expand campaign reach and credibility.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct testing to refine content, ads, and strategies for optimal performance.

Required
Must be based in the United States with experience working with US-based small to mid-sized businesses.
2+ years in TikTok marketing, with a proven track record of creating successful campaigns, and 3+ years in digital marketing.
In-depth understanding of small business challenges and how to craft effective marketing strategies to address them.
Deep knowledge of TikTok’s features, advertising formats, and algorithm.
Strong ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to clients.
Experience producing or directing engaging TikTok content tailored to small business audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing platforms.
Preferred
Experience with other short-form video platforms like Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Canva.
Background in working with local businesses or community-focused brands.
