Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance to clients; anticipate and address client needs and challenges; plan and develop integrated programs that exceed client objectives
Develop measurable paid social programs that are on strategy and within budget
Generate incremental business opportunities within existing client base and deliver insightful and persuasive presentations to clients and prospects
Help to develop and execute paid social strategies for multiple clients:
-This includes but is not limited to:
-Account audits + setups
-Performance monitoring & ongoing optimization recommendations
-Testing roadmaps
-Creative strategy and guidance
-Budget & pacing management
-Conversion tracking recommendations and troubleshooting
-Reporting and client communication
Assist in the creation and execution of boosted content & paid partnership strategies as required
Participate in the RFP process for paid social program development when required
Partner with strategic and analytic talent to identify business needs and opportunities that will aid in the development of new measurement methods and analysis for social
Aid the development and implementation of best practices in paid social development for Digilant clients
Lead conversations with clients in determining success criteria (pre and post-campaign) and establish benchmarks
Maintain and communicate ongoing updates to paid social to broader teams
Coordinate efforts across different digital media channels to drive optimized recommendations
Attend client meetings, interface with executive level and middle management level clients during meetings and presentations

Required
3-5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on paid social advertising is required.
Strong understanding of media planning, distribution, and syndication of content.
Experience with web-based research tools and methodologies and digital analytics.
Works collaboratively to drive programs that meet clients’ performance and business objectives.
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with clients.
Effective in a variety of formal presentation settings.
Strong functional and technical knowledge and skills within social media.
Dedication to completing projects and tasks with passion and a relentless pursuit of excellence; ability to excel in a complex and changing marketplace.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Committed to flawless execution.
Skilled at and enjoys manipulating and understanding data, as well as drawing actionable data-driven decisions to drive sales and marketing efforts.
Strong interpersonal, partnership, and influencing management skills.
Self-motivated and creative strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Agency experience is a plus.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X (Twitter), Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn planning and execution experience, and other platforms are a plus.
Meta blueprint certification & other social specific certifications are a plus.
B2C Lead Generation for travel & higher education experience is a plus.
