Responsibilities
Spearheaded marketing strategies for expansion in the US and EU markets, including localized campaigns, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
Scale marketing efforts in alignment with company growth and revenue goals and identify new opportunities for market penetration, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
Build and manage a profit-focused strategic omni channel marketing budget that successfully balances full-funnel marketing tactics while centering demonstrable return on investments
Develop and manage marketing operational processes & systems to increase the efficiency of team & budgets while simultaneously managing the day-to-day needs as we scale into an omnichannel organization.
Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and brand vision.
We seek a VP of Marketing who thrives on leveraging non-traditional, hyper-efficient marketing strategies to drive rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying innovative, data-driven approaches that scale quickly, optimize resources, and create maximum impact.
Strengthen and evolve the brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and market differentiation across all customer touchpoints.
Lead the digital marketing strategy to increase online visibility and drive sales across owned e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance the customer experience through personalized content, digital campaigns, retargeting, and data-driven marketing tactics.
Manage paid search, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing to boost conversion rates and increase customer lifetime value.
Develop marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and brand engagement in specialty and major department stores, ensuring synergy between in-store and online channels.
Plan and execute in-store marketing activations, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales in physical locations.
Collaborate with retail partners on co-branded marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent execution of brand messaging.
Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing strategic direction and leadership across creative, digital, retail, and PR functions.
Partner with product, sales, and merchandising teams to align marketing strategies with product launches, inventory management, and business objectives.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI and achieve revenue targets.
Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
Conduct ongoing market research and consumer insights analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and understand shifting consumer preferences.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

Required
15+ years of marketing leadership supporting omni-channel in the intimates or apparel industry.
Proven experience scaling a company from a startup to over $100M in revenue.
Adept at leading cross-functional teams, optimizing marketing spend for ROI, and driving measurable growth in competitive markets.
Experience in fast-paced environments and a data-driven approach to decision-making is essential.
Expertise in brand building and customer acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Passion for consumer insights, data, and cultural trends to help shape bigger ideas and drive the business.
Must have a curious mindset with a passion to continuously test, learn, and push the boundaries to drive innovation.
Flexible and positive attitude; able to work independently and within teams and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
