Responsibilities

Primary owner of the new item Sales Sample process internally and externally

Manage the sales sample manifest ensuring accurate representation of customer teams and sample amounts per shipment wave

Partner with our Brand Marketing teams on each new item sample wave throughout the year ensuring the key timelines for customer new item presentations are delivered

Key point of contact for our 3rd party logistics partner for sample shipments

Develop and manage the overall ZBB budget for the unfilled displays, working with Finance, Accounting and procurement teams

Participation in weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews with our external partners representing Kraft Heinz goals

Develop and manage reporting, utilizing our 3rd party partners to provide needed updates

Responsible for managing invoices and external partnerships

Partner with cross-functional leads across Sales Operations helping to achieve our yearly goals and aspirations
