Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Analyze data to develop insights and make recommendations for business growth.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and business expansion.
Prepare and present reports on findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
Assist in developing business plans and strategies to achieve company goals.
Serve as an ambassador for Hunter Engineering Company while working with consultants.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), project consultants, and various teams.
Additional duties as assigned.

Required
Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Lead Generation abilities
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field is required. Apprenticeships and work experience may be utilized in lieu of a degree.
Native German speaker or equivalent required.
Proven experience in business analysis, market research, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and highly motivated self-starter.
Strong critical thinking and positive attitude.
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, XLS, and ArcGIS.
