Responsibilities
SAP ICM Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for the SAP ICM module, including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Business Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand incentive compensation requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
System Configuration: Configure SAP ICM components, including compensation plans, rules, rate tables, quotas, and performance measures.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, conduct system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure a high-quality solution.
Training and Support: Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the SAP ICM module.
Troubleshooting and Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize SAP ICM to improve system efficiency.
Data Integration: Collaborate with the data management team to ensure smooth data integration between SAP ICM and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and support reporting solutions to provide visibility into incentive compensation metrics, and assist in decision-making processes.

Required
Strong analytical skills
Experience in SAP ICM configuration
Deep understanding of compensation management best practices
Lead end-to-end implementation projects for the SAP ICM module, including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment
