Responsibilities
Review all components related to financial bids in PBM procurement and renewal projects
Prepare financial comparisons using complex pricing models for the PBM procurement, renewal, and market check processes
Participate in client discussions regarding PBM vendor RFPs, renewals and market checks
Support Consulting division with analytic support around various cost analyses
Assist in other analytic projects as needed

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or health care related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (advanced knowledge in Excel a plus)
Basic understanding of SQL
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, critical thinking, and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and quality
5+ years of pharmacy data experience
5+ years of experience and understanding of the PBM (pharmacy benefit management) industry
Preferred
5+ years of analytics, reporting, or modeling experience
5+ years of PBM or Pharmacy underwriting experience
Ability to learn quickly and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work creatively, both independently and as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability for some travel (10%)
