Responsibilities

Planning, managing, and delivering distinct projects through all specific phases, in alignment with business and enterprise strategies.

Providing leadership, direction, and coaching to project teams while partnering with business, technology, and executive stakeholders.

Managing projects with moderate regulatory oversight and leading the end-to-end delivery of projects, including release planning and financial management.

Required

8-10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager within the Financial Industry.

Past experience managing projects in the digital channel/online banking space.

Experience managing budgets up to $2 Million with project durations of 6-12 months.

Strong experience in risk management and budget management.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to work with high-level stakeholders and present to executive teams.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in using business software tools, such as MS Office Suite, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Experience managing projects using Agile Project Management methodologies.

Ability to build a plan, identify dependencies, and manage the plan.

Excellent relationship management skills.

Significant Agile experience.

Preferred

PMP/PMI certification.

Agile Certifications.

Expertise in Jira and Confluence.

Experience with Clarity software.

Proficiency in Microsoft Visio.

Previous work experience with TD.
