Required
Civil Engineering Design skills and experience
Knowledge of Planning principles and practices
Experience in Civil Engineering projects
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred
Expertise in Stormwater Management is a plus
Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus
