Address ad-hoc requests from stakeholders
Provide technical support for ongoing projects and initiatives
Edit and build reports and dashboards
Help compile data for business reviews and other critical meetings
Document processes
Find areas of optimization across departments
Help execute project management systems (agile/scrum environment)

Required
Ability to provide support for Revenue Operations team members
Ability to address ad-hoc questions, issues, and requests from key stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience leaders
Experience with data organization, visualization, and hygiene
Familiarity with critical tech systems including Salesforce and HubSpot
Ability to edit and build reports and dashboards
Ability to compile data for business reviews and other critical meetings
Ability to document processes
Ability to find areas of optimization across departments
Ability to execute project management systems in an agile/scrum environment
