Responsibilities
Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards using Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure marketing influence.
Developing visualization and reporting for the following key metrics: 1) Marketing influence on opportunities; 2) Marketing influence on orders; 3) Marketing ROI.
Analyze marketing data to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making and strategy.
Create / update executive level and operational level (L3/L4) monthly bowlers.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, Commercial Excellence, IT) to ensure alignment on business objectives and data reporting needs.
Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Resolve data-related issues and anomalies, ensuring data quality and consistency across all reports.

Required
5+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or similar roles, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Expert in Power BI and data visualization, with a strong focus on executive-level dashboard development to provide clear, strategic insights for leadership.
Proficient in integrating data from multiple platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, CRMs) to create cohesive, comprehensive reports that drive business decisions.
Self-directed and results-driven, with the ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Strong analytical and communication skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs, translate them into intuitive visualizations, and present complex data in a clear, non-technical way that aligns with business goals.
Preferred
Experience with Google Analytics, Eloqua, and Data Warehousing.
Ability to translate data into business strategies and outcomes.
