Responsibilities
Achieve your own sales quota while supporting the Sales team in achieving the overall Sales team quota
Create/Own, test, and deliver on the overall sales strategy that aligns with company goals
Build/refine the sales playbook to optimize a streamlined, repeatable growth engine
Implement scalable sales processes and systems
Identify, develop, negotiate and manage sales opportunities
Collaborate with departments to optimize existing revenue models and create new revenue streams that align with our business objectives
Establish and maintain knowledge on the capabilities and functionality of all aspects of the BeSmartee products
Stay current on industry developments and trends to identify potential developments that may affect revenues
Provide prospective client intelligence to key stakeholders across the executive team, product management and operations
Partner with Finance to ensure our pricing and packaging strategies allow us to continually optimize revenues and profitability
Partner with Operations to ensure we are diving customer success and satisfaction throughout our new client onboarding process and ongoing client support
Partner with Marketing to drive top-of-funnel traffic toward MQLs and SQLs, and maximize both to achieve Sales targets

Required
Self-starter with 5+ years of demonstrated success building and scaling programs that directly drive revenue in Enterprise Sales - strong bias toward SaaS financial products or services
Expertise working with CRM systems and integrating workflows appropriately- HubSpot experience highly preferred
Accountable, driven, detail-oriented, adaptive, resourceful, high-impact and passionate individual with a growth mindset and ability to drive sales pipeline generation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured entrepreneurial environment
Self-confident with a strong personal presence and professional-level verbal and written communication skills
Superior organizational and project management skills, ability to work independently and utilize time productively
Ability to set, communicate and deliver on tangible goals and objectives
Excellent high-level problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to develop and nurture high-level relationships - including with company executives, investors and business partners
Contribute to a culture of unwavering commitment to team, clients, and mission
Preferred
HubSpot experience highly preferred
