Responsibilities

Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, universities, student organizations, and professional associations.

Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment for long-term goal achievement.

Identify opportunities for leadership in university engagement, recruiting, learning & development.

Streamline operational processes and enhance program experiences for business partners.

Develop new avenues to connect with future talent through STEM programs, sponsorships, etc.

Ensure program experiences align with Microsoft core values and are scalable.

Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis to optimize strategies.

Provide executive-level reporting on key metrics and project status regularly.

Required

Minimum 4+ years of experience in project management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.

Experience with project management (management, organized, hiring events).

Experience with MSFT office suite, including power BI (tracking candidates).

Experience with good business acumen (understands the why and the return on investment with these interns).

Preferred

PMI or PMP certification preferred.
