Make data-driven, strategic decisions around opportunities and where to invest our efforts for maximum impact.

Set priorities, and manage deadlines and resources effectively.

Work with individual customers to understand their specific needs, then work with authors to develop innovative solutions to those problems.

Keep best practices in inclusive pedagogy, accessibility and interactivity at the forefront of your projects.

Build a network of subject matter experts, authors and innovative thinkers in your portfolio discipline.

Perform market research to understand unique teaching and learning challenges for course areas.

Collaborate and work closely with internal stakeholders including the broader Learning Solutions team as well as individuals from our Marketing, Revenue and Product teams.

Required

Passionate about pedagogy and impacting the learning experience of undergraduate students.

Experience developing course materials in Top Hat or higher education publishing.

Ability to make data-driven, strategic decisions around opportunities and where to invest efforts for maximum impact.

Set priorities, and manage deadlines and resources effectively.

Work with individual customers to understand their specific needs, then work with authors to develop innovative solutions.

Keep best practices in inclusive pedagogy, accessibility and interactivity at the forefront of projects.
