Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to create clear, compelling job descriptions aligned with role requirements and brand vision.
Design a structured interview process, including behavioral and technical assessments, that ensures equitable evaluations across candidates.
Further develop, implement and optimize existing decision-making system to streamline candidate selection.
Leverage your network, industry connections, and sourcing tools to identify top talent in fashion.
Proactively build pipelines of candidates who thrive in omni-channel, scale-up environments.
Utilize creative outreach methods to engage passive candidates.
Train hiring teams on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation.
Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a professional and timely process.
Provide guidance to hiring managers on candidate feedback and final decisions.
Help build a refreshed onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, from offer acceptance to their first 90 days.
Collaborate on onboarding plans that reinforce company culture and set up new team members for success.

Required
5+ years of recruitment experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on omni-channel organizations (direct-to-consumer, department stores, and specialty stores).
Proven track record of helping companies scale by finding top talent aligned with growth-phase organizations.
Deep understanding of fashion talent market dynamics, including design, merchandising, marketing, operations, and sales.
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities; ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
A genuine interest in contributing to the success of a growing fashion brand with an emotional and unique story.
