Responsibilities

Creating and managing Cadence's operational and financial forecast models, which are used to set company-wide targets and make strategic business decisions

Preparing regular and timely performance reporting for Cadence's senior management and the company at large so that all are aligned around our areas of achievement and areas of opportunity

Partnering with Cadence's go-to-market teams to design pricing frameworks for our customers

Partnering with Cadence's operational teams to design employee incentive plans that drive business outcomes

Leading special projects as required by business needs

Required

6+ years of finance experience, including 2+ years of FP&A experience

Love of and proficiency in financial modeling and financial reporting

Significant analytical skill set, with ability to structure questions, gather data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with prior experience presenting analyses and insights to various audiences

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment founded on trust, autonomy, and direct communication and feedback

Excellence demonstrated in prior endeavors
