Responsibilities

Mentor, organize and develop a regional team that can meet growth and profit plans.

Ensure the annual development of a regional business plan to meet department business objectives.

Implement budget process and manage controllable expenses to budget.

Identify by criteria top distribution; sell and service Distributors, and direct accounts.

Support and develop commercial coatings, business.

Development and cross - SBU opportunities to support growth and profit objectives.

Develop personnel to sell value added services to increase product sales and promote customer loyalty.

Ensure all business activities conform to PPG’s business conduct, quality, EH&S and EEO policies to preserve PPG’s image and ethical standards.

Required

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's Degree or Minimum 8 years combination of General Sales and Sales Management experience with knowledge of secondary distribution and selling into secondary distribution.

Experience and understanding of Refinish marketplace.
