Responsibilities

Upskilling New Hires

Coordinating Efficiency Projects

Running day-to-day operations for the Greenway Secure Cloud

Primary Liaison between other departments and Cloud Operations teams

Create and implement curriculum for new hire training

Lead projects, develop plans and timelines, monitor progress

Facilitate meetings, follow up as needed, direct and coordinate activities

Regularly communicate expectations, next steps, achievements, and issues

Promote the adoption of Infrastructure as Code and automation practices

Required

AAS in Health Care or IT Field required in lieu of a BA/BS

High school diploma/GED required

Seven (7+) years of work experience in an IT field may substitute for a degree

Four (4) years of experience in either product support or cloud infrastructure support

Knowledge of and experience with several core technologies, including AWS cloud systems, server operating systems (Windows and Linux), Configuration Management (Puppet, Chef, Ansible), Orchestration tools (vRealize, Terraform), Nutanix, Cisco, and Palo Alto

Demonstrated ability to lead highly skilled teams in the delivery of technology solutions to align with priority business goals

Project Management experience

General knowledge of MS SQL Server infrastructure

Troubleshooting techniques

Training experience

Experience describing technical issues to non-technical executive level

Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems

Ability to work as a member of a team

Experience leading a team

Strong customer service skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
