Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering proactive and exceptional customer service via email, phone, and Slack.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
Keep accurate records of ongoing partnerships, ensuring services are delivered as expected.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide personalized assistance to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure we’re constantly improving our products and services.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and communicate them to the Sales team.
Generate progress reports for clients and senior leadership.
Collaborate with the Sales team on SDR work, including fielding inbound Sales leads and supporting the outbound program.

Required
1+ years of experience in a client-facing, account management role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for quickly building trust and relationships.
Thrive in fast-paced environments and can easily grasp complex operational systems.
Self-starter who takes initiative and works well both independently and as part of a team.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with cold-calling and developing outreach strategies.
Experience with GSuite, Slack, and Kustomer (or other CRMs).
