Responsibilities
Video & Image Concept Ideation and Development: Develop innovative video narratives and image concepts tailored to target personas. Create script outlines, storyboards, and UGC creator briefs for influencers and agencies. Collaborate with media buyers, editors, and creative partners to ensure high-quality deliverables, and craft image briefs with clear recommendations for headlines, visuals, and CTAs to drive traffic.
Research, Analysis and Strategy Formation: Analyze performance data on platforms like Meta Ads Manager to extract insights and refine creatives. Conduct research on customers, competitors, and trends to inform creative strategies. Develop creative testing plans for new concepts and iterative concepts that continuously improve account performance by leveraging past performance learnings.
Collaboration with Clients and External Creative Partners: Manage relationships with clients and creative agencies to ensure deliverables align with strategic goals. Serve as the main point of contact for creative updates, providing clients and partners with performance insights and actionable recommendations to enhance results.

Required
3+ years of experience in creative strategy, focusing on developing ad concepts for Meta and TikTok platforms, ideally gained in a fast-paced agency or client-side role.
Proven ability to set goals, craft plans, and execute strategies while adapting to real-time data and feedback.
Demonstrating self-motivation, exceptional time management, and clear communication to ensure smooth operations with teams and clients.
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, using their features and in-platform analytics to inform creative strategy.
Strong understanding of social media content strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, with a genuine passion for social media.
Strategic thinker with a creative edge, capable of developing innovative strategies that meet client objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Excelling in communication, conveying strategies and insights clearly and persuasively to clients and external partners.
Proactive problem-solver, tackling challenges head-on and delivering effective, results-driven solutions.
Thriving in a collaborative team setting, balancing teamwork with the ability to work independently when needed.
