Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic talent management plan that supports the organization's objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and anticipate future talent needs.
Ensure effective succession planning and talent pipeline development for key roles.
Oversee the recruitment process to ensure the acquisition of high-caliber talent.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Design and implement development programs that build employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Oversee performance management processes to foster a high-performance culture.
Provide career coaching and mentoring support to employees and managers.
Develop strategies to improve employee engagement and job satisfaction.
Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze results to identify improvement areas.
Implement retention strategies to minimize turnover and maintain a motivated workforce.
Lead organizational change initiatives and support the company’s growth and transformation.
Develop programs to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs.
Provide insights and reports to senior leadership on talent metrics and trends.
Adheres to Code of Conduct as outlined in the Baylor Genetics Compliance Program
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management and organizational development
Proven success in developing and implementing talent strategies
In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, employee engagement, succession planning, and DEI principles
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with HR technology and talent management systems
Alignment with the values of Baylor Genetics
Preferred
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
