Responsibilities
Acting as a customer advocate with a deep understanding of the industry, able to diagnose challenges and recommend tailored solutions and products to meet client needs.
Leverage a CRM system to implement and track post-acquisition sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Conducting presentations and negotiations, holding in-person client meetings, creating proposals, building relationships, and managing accounts through effective closing techniques.
Serving as an internal and external product evangelist of Pivot Point products and teaching methods to current and potential clients.
Conducting meetings with school owners, admissions managers, and education directors to discuss student enrollments, admissions goals, education and training needs, lead sources, and any new competition.
Identifying client's needs and pinpointing products and services that meet and fulfill their business needs.
Maintaining an active presence in the field 50% of the time or more engaging with clients, continually inquiring, exploring, and educating customers on Pivot Point products and tools.
Attending industry events.

Required
4+ years of new business development and client success experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to developing and expanding business relationships.
Ability to act as a customer advocate with a deep understanding of the industry.
