Responsibilities
Develop Policy and Training Content: Maintain our company-wide compliance policy and training plans. Draft or review internal policies and procedures related to Ivim Health’s business and develop and review related training content.
Enhance and Manage Internal Compliance Monitoring Plan: Working directly with senior leadership, collect data, monitor activities, and update progress on identified business initiatives.
Remain Current on Changes to the External Environment: Stay current on the evolving competitive landscape in which Ivim Health operates. Monitor and compile summaries to management of released agency advisory opinions, warning letters, guidance, enforcement actions, and settlements that address compliance program requirements.
Collaborate and Communicate: Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Product, Clinical, Operations, Development, and the Executive Team to ensure that compliance considerations are integrated into all aspects of their business. Communicate compliance requirements and updates effectively across the organization.
Uphold Ethical Standards: Uphold the highest ethical standards in all compliance activities, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability throughout the organization.
Assist in Driving Continuous Improvement: Assist the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and the Executive Team in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance processes, systems, and controls. As requested, regularly evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for enhancements as needed.

Required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience required as an in-house compliance professional in a healthcare or life sciences company.
Must possess and continue to develop a strong understanding and application of the compliance program requirements at the U.S. federal and state levels for a healthcare provider, concerning (a) corporate governance, (b) clinical management, (c) marketing and sales, and (d) healthcare contracting.
Proven track record of drafting and reviewing policies and procedures and training content is required.
Ability to translate complex legal and regulatory concepts into actionable guidance to internal team members, and into clear and concise contractual rights and obligations, is required.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Ability to adapt compliance guidance and processes to a fast-paced and evolving business environment is required.
Preferred
Experience at a telehealth healthcare provider is strongly preferred.
A working knowledge of the compliance requirements for healthcare reimbursement, HIPAA, state consumer data privacy laws, and data security standards is preferred.
Experience delivering and presenting training content is a plus.
Experience presenting to juries or students is a plus.
Science-related field or communications is a plus.
Active license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. state is a plus.
