Responsibilities
Plan, Execute, and Lead Installation and Upgrade methodology ensuring the system is configure via ICG and software vendors best practices and is functioning as intended. Provide timely resolution to issues and bugs.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of ICG’s customer’s and cloud ERP environment.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure stable and consistent ERP System function.
Administer SQL Server and ERP System Components
Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on ERP functionality and best practices.

Required
3-5 years of hands-on experience in ERP configuration, installation, upgrades, and support.
Proficiency in Windows Server, SQL, Administration, and basic PowerShell scripting.
Familiarity with SQL database structures and ability to learn new ERP Technologies.
Strong analytical abilities to assess and optimize system performance.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with any of the following: Visual ERP, Fourth Shift ERP, Acumatica ERP, or Syteline ERP.
Experience with Visual ERP, Fourth Shift ERP, Acumatica ERP or similar product desired.
VMWare: 1 year.
Linux: 1 year.
