Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Create and communicate sales goals and ensure leaders are informed on the progress of those goals.
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
Responsible for team quota +/-$8m, team of approximately 6.

Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in Healthcare Background Screening required.
5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in sales leadership required.
Winning mentality with a leadership mindset.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Capacity to manage various projects and work on tight deadlines.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
