Responsibilities

Performs routine tasks related to help desk support. Coordinate with functional subject matter experts to resolve end user issues.
Provides accounting transaction reconciliation support.
Supports master data management.
Supports production interface processing.
Assists in generating reporting and analyzing data.
Supports system testing for release management.
Supports production operations including monitoring interfaces and resolving interfacing data issues.
Supports documentation development of releases, upgrades, planned maintenance, schedules, standard operating procedures, and business process efforts.
Prepare documentation required for customer.

Required

Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A FINAL Secret adjudicated clearance is required to start.
Two (2) years of relevant experience with IT systems or relevant business operations
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.
An Associates degree
A High School Diploma, and four (4) years of relevant experience with IT systems or relevant business operations can be substituted for the Associates Degree.

Preferred

Familiarity with help desk systems such as the National Help Desk Service Manager (NHDSM) or similar is desirable.
