Responsibilities

Lead programs that deliver on critical business goals and build large scale products & platforms

Support programs that require deep involvement with mobile and web CI/CD pipelines, test automation, release automation, platform instrumentation

Pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline within the team

Build and lead a world-class team of technical program managers

Lead technology focused discussions with senior leadership

Provide valuable insights and recommendations that guide technology-based decisions

Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle

Drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science representatives

Grow and develop a team of TPMs

Build the foundations for the TPM practice

Simplify the technically complex

Focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results

Collaborate across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries

Required

At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs

Bachelor's degree

Preferred

7+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.

5+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture - preferably using AWS

5+ years of building & leading experienced TPM team

5+ years experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms

5+ years of experience with Agile delivery

5+ years years experience delivering programs

Experience in building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)

MBA or Master’s Degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering) or equivalent experience.

5+ years in a cloud environment

4+ years of experience with DevOps

5+ years of experience with Site Reliability Engineering
