Responsibilities
Budget Development:Collaborate with department heads to create detailed budgets that align with organizational goals and funding requirements.
Financial Analysis:Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Expense Management:Track and control expenses, implement cost-saving measures, and recommend adjustments to optimize financial resources.
Reporting:Prepare regular reports on budget status, forecasts, and financial trends for management and stakeholders.
Compliance:Ensure compliance with financial regulations, grant requirements, and internal policies throughout the budgeting process.

Required
Proven experience in budget management or financial analysis roles, preferably within the non-profit sector.
